This class is a dynamic, strength-building yoga class that blends traditional Vinyasa flow with functional fitness and mindful movement. Expect a steady flow that incorporates body-weight strength, balance, and core work, all grounded in breath awareness and proper alignment.

This class builds heat, tone, and endurance while still honoring flexibility, recovery, and presence—leaving you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

This class is NOT a ganja yoga class. So NO cannabis will be included in this class.

• Spots are limited! You must purchase a ticket to fully reserve your spot. Walk-ins may be turned away if class is full; there is no guarantee of a spot, unless you purchase a ticket ahead of time.

• Cost: $15

• Please arrive 5-10 mins before class to get set up

• Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle.

• We have limited availability on yoga mats, 1st come 1st serve

Class Structure:
4:45pm - 5:00pm : Arrive
5:00pm - 6:00pm : 1 hour Asana class (doors will lock when class starts)

They are located upstairs from Base Camp Restaurant. Stair access is outside on the westside of the building.

There is public parking lot on the westside of the Edenology building is accessed through the alley.
