Join us every Sunday starting 07/27/2025 at Edenology for a unique and grounding evening practice that blends the healing benefits of yoga with the mindful use of plant medicine cannabis. This class is designed to gently unwind the body, calm the mind, and support nervous system regulation helping you tap into deeper states of relaxation, presence, and self-awareness.

Cannabis has long been used as a therapeutic tool to enhance mindfulness and promote physical and emotional ease. When combined intentionally with slow, supported movement and breathwork, it can help soften tension, quiet mental chatter, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit. You may experience heightened sensory awareness, deeper breath, and a stronger ability to truly listen to your body’s needs.

That said—partaking is always optional. You do not need to consume cannabis to benefit from or participate in this class. We welcome everyone open to the experience, whether you’re here for the movement, the medicine, or both.

• This is a 21+ class. Valid ID is required. No medical card needed.
• BYO Bud : Bring your own cannabis to consume mindfully during our pre-class intention setting or post class reflection sesh.
• A complimentary Bud Bar is included in your ticket for those who’d like to explore curated strains
• Nothing is for sale. This is not a dispensary or sales event, only a sacred space for shared healing and exploration.
• Spots are limited! You must purchase a ticket to fully reserve your spot. Walk-ins may be turned away if class is full; there is no guarantee of a spot, unless you purchase a ticket ahead of time.

This offering is for those seeking deeper connection, whether to their body, their breath, their spirit, or the natural wisdom of plant medicine. If you’ve been curious about cannabis and yoga, this is your safe and welcoming invitation. Come solo or with a friend, and prepare to leave feeling grounded, restored, and more at home in yourself.

Class Structure:
7:00pm - 7:30pm : Arrive pre-class partake (optional)
7:30pm - 8:30pm : 1 hour Asana class (Gentle / Restorative)
8:30pm - 9:00pm : Post-class reflection session (optional)

They are located upstairs from Base Camp Restaurant. Stair access is outside on the westside of the building.

There is (metered) public parking lot on the side of the Edenology building, accessed through the alley, but there is metered parking all around the building. Metered parking does end at 8:00pm.

50-Hour Continuing Education Course

This course provides a clear framework for teaching cannabis-supported yoga with knowledge, care, and confidence.

Course Purpose: This course invites yoga practitioners into a deeper relationship with both their practice and the plant. You'll learn how to approach plant-enhanced yoga with reverence — not just as a trend, but as a tool for nervous system regulation, intentional presence, and deeper connection. In this course, you’ll gain the skills to confidently create safe, supportive containers for cannabis-enhanced yoga. Come as you are, whether you’re teaching or exploring your own path; leave feeling capable and clear.

We are planning on making this an online course and offering in-person teacher training for it as well.
