Katherine 'Kitty' Harris

Hello! My name is Katherine, but everyone calls me Kitty!

I am a former Volleyball collegiate athlete. I played at Trinidad State Junior College, where I received an Associates of Arts Degree (A.A) with an emphasis in psychology. I am a 200hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT - 200). I have been teaching yoga since 2019 and I founded Secret Stash Yoga in 2017.

I had the opportunity to be Dee Dussault's brand assistant 2018 - 2020. She is the author of the Harpers Collin published book "Ganja Yoga", and is the pioneer of cannabis infused yoga in the west. I was fortunate to take her Ganja Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, where I became 'Ganja Yoga Certified', which has assisted me in providing plant infused yoga to my community in a safe manner.

I became a certified personal trainer (CPT) through American Council of Exercise (ACE) in December 2020. I recently became a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS - ACE) in October 2024. I've worked for local gyms and yoga studios and as a marketing assistant for a physical therapy clinic that specializes in women's health in the past.

I've gained valuable hands on experience in the field I am most passionate about over the years.. I am constantly adding more tools to my health and wellness toolbox to help safely and confidently help those reach their personal wellness goals. I have completed many continuing education credits for my personal training and courses for yoga and continue to grow as an instructor and a student.
